Language Considerations with Facilitation

Hello Jedi cohort,

We are interested to know and hear from those of you who may facilitate and build systems, etc. with language modifications in mind.
We are a business with employees where their first language is not English. We like to be as mindful and intentional as possible in sharing our resources and feel we could be additionally supported by experienced facilitators around JEDI and teaching when it comes to second languages.
